Sacred Sound Immersion – A life altering opportunity to experience the transformational magic of vibrational journeying. Immerse yourself in the cosmic sound of Gongs, Bowls, Chimes, Rattles, and Drums. Sacred Sound Immersions can be enjoyed with a small group of your favorite people, as a seated solo experience, or incorporated within your energy or bodywork session.
Creating Stillness Within Through Breath Awareness – Gift yourself with an hour of silent exploration of your breath, sensation, and stillness. We meet weekly for 4 weeks. (No Drop-Ins)
Chakra Immersion Series – A 2 day immersion into each chakra center. Discussion; Meditation; Experiential Exercises; Handouts & Worksheets; Followed by Creativity with Acrylics. The Chakra Immersion Series is completed from Root to Crown (no drop-ins). We also offer a 1/2 day review between each Immersion.
Drum Circle – Come Join Us for 2 hours of Drumming and Fun! We offer a wide variety of drums and percussion instruments for your Creative Expression. Bring your own drum or use one of ours. Let’s Make Some Joyful Noise! Cost $10/person. Space is limited. Please confirm you will be joining us one week prior.
Usui Reiki Classes – All levels of Usui Reiki classes offered – Level I, Level II, & Level III Master/Teacher. Each Level is a deep 2 day immersion into the energy of the Usui Reiki Vibration, and a deepening awareness of how to manage your energy field. Included – Discussion; Handouts; Meditation; Experiential Practice; Attunement for each level. Cost: Level I $250, Level II $275, Master Level III $300. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due 1 week before the scheduled workshop in order to reserve your space.

Animal Totems for Chakra Enlivenment – In this exciting workshop we dive in to explore which animal totems can assist in the enlivenment of each chakra. Animals have many messages to share with us, and many qualities upon which we can draw as we evolve into the truest expression of our being. Within the day, there will be meditations to meet your chakra animals, time for exploration of their properties, and another meditation to receive your personal messages from your animal totems! The first meeting explores Animals and their meanings for Chakras 1, 2, & 3. The second meeting explores Animals and their meanings for Chakras 4, 5, 6, & 7. Cost $90. You may send one check for $60 to reserve your seat at BOTH workshops.
Full Moon Uncrossing – The Full Moon offers the opportunity for you to release that which no longer serves you. The Uncrossing is a way to unravel and untether those old contracts and bonds that limit our unfoldment into the life we are meant to live. Included in the day will be a brief discussion on the energy of limiting beliefs; also, a meditation to uncover which tethers are impacting you, and a group ‘Uncrossing Ceremony.’ Spend a few hours on this Full Moon, with your full intention, to embrace and embody Your Purpose, Your Joy, & Your Heart’s Light. Let Go, Renew, Transform! (This day will include the use of incense). Cost $90. Space is limited, reserve your seat early.
