Karen is a gifted practitioner, facilitator, and teacher. Karen assists those who are seeking clarity, focus and insight on their life path.
Karen uses her unique gifts as a practitioner to help create a sense of wholeness, balance, and well-being in individuals. She blends her 25 years of experience working in hospitals, and as a pharmacist, into her current bodywork practice which spans over 20 years.
Karen’s multi-faceted, healing approach to your journey toward well-being is grounded, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She offers Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy; Energy Field Management; Breath, Embodiment, and Somatic Awareness; Cell and Core Belief Transformation; Guided Visualization; Intuitive and Spiritual Guidance and Enlivening; Myofascial Release; and Massage Therapy.
Karen facilitates a wide variety of Spiritual and Intuitive Enlivening workshops, all levels of Reiki training, Healing Retreats and Workshops, Chakra Immersion Series, and other creative, exciting, and empowering seminars. Karen brings her passion, creativity, engaging nature, and experience into each session and workshop that she hosts.
Karen is a Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Certified Massage Therapist, Reiki Master/Teacher. She is also a Reverend ordained through the Sanctuary of the Beloved.
Karen’s creative expression arose from her meditation and breath practices. While having no formal art training, Karen, discovered her passion for the creative, while deep in meditation and felt drawn to acrylics and mixed media. She feels that everyone has the ability to creatively express. Through her Creativity Workshops, she invites you to find your “Creative Voice.”
